E-COMMERCE EXPERIENCE



     I like to buy products from online shops because I think it's convenient and save time for me.So,I have many experiences of shopping via the Internet,especially on Instagram.I accurately remember one experience,it's like a bad experience but it becomes very impressive.

     Last year,I bought a pencil box and pencil of My Melody(I like it so much)from the Sario Shop on Instagram.I contacted the seller to order it via LINE application.Then I transferred the money to the seller and taken it to confirm the transfer after that I'm just waiting for delivery.


     Bad experience occurred when I received the products, I felt very bad because I received the wrong product; wrong the color and design of My Melody pencil box.I immediately contacted the seller to change the pencil box.The seller politely apologized to me and transferred the money of freight to me in order to sent the wrong product back.Finally,I received the product as required.


     Impressively,I did not just get the My Melody pencil box, but I received a gift from the shop to apologize.It is My melody sticker,I like it very much and I am very happy.The seller make me impressed and would like to buy products from this shop continually.
